Position Summary
The General Laborer will report to the Production Supervisor and will work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. The role requires the ability to adapt and work across various areas and departments as needed.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing equipment in the plant and buying point facilities and office areas. All levels are responsible for maintaining proper paperwork and documentation.
Promotion Evaluation
The Incumbent(s) may advance to the next higher-level position after gaining a minimum of a year of experience at each level, in addition to having successfully demonstrated proficiencies needed to meet the qualifications of the higher level. A probationary period of 120 days is required for movement from one level to the next.
