عن هذه الوظيفة:

يركز عمل مركز الحروب السطحية البحرية في دالغرين (NSWCDD) على توفير الدعم الهندسي، واكتساب المهارات، والدعم اللوجستي، ودعم الأمن السيبراني (CS) للبحرية، سلاح مشاة البحرية، قوات العمليات الخاصة، والقوات المشتركة لبرامج تشمل ولكن لا تقتصر على بيئة الحوسبة الإجمالية للسفن (TSCE)، ونظام الأسلحة أطلس (AtWS)، والفريق الأحمر NAVSEA، ومجمع النطاق السيبراني الوطني (NCRC)، وأنظمة التدريب السطحية والغواصة، ودعم إطار إدارة المخاطر (RMF) للتخلص من الذخائر (EOD).

Job Description:

The work at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) focuses on providing engineering, acquisition, logistical, and Cybersecurity (CS) support to the Navy, Marine Corps, Special Warfare Coalition, and Joint Forces for programs including, but not limited to, Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE), Atlanta Weapon System (AtWS), NAVSEA Red Team, National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC), surface and sub-training systems, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support for Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD).

With the increasing number of breaches in tactical and non-tactical computer systems, there is a growing need to focus on the engineering aspects of CS. CS is still often treated as compliance-based, which has not addressed significant vulnerabilities in the security of naval warfare systems and other service warfare systems. CS requirements must be included during the design, development, and sustainment phases to ensure systems are secure and Cyber-resilient throughout their lifecycle. Furthermore, previously designed and fielded systems must be evaluated on an engineering basis to determine potential changes to their design or supportability approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

• Minimum IAT Level III.

• Must possess a DoD Secret Level clearance.

• A combined total of ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in the following areas:

  • Computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies.

  • NCRC Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) Program requirements and mission.

  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the implementation of cybersecurity and IA boundary defense techniques.
