About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our brokerage services, connecting buyers and sellers across various industries, and driving business growth. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Bahraini market and a global business mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Bahrain.
Fluent in English (Bilingual in English & Arabic is a plus!).
Strong understanding of the Bahraini market and global trade trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

حول الدور:
بصفتك مندوب مبيعات، ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في توسيع خدمات الوساطة الخاصة بنا، وربط المشترين والبائعين عبر الصناعات المختلفة، وتعزيز نمو الأعمال. نحن نبحث عن شخص يمتلك فهمًا قويًا للسوق البحريني وعقلية تجارية عالمية.
ما نبحث عنه:
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المبيعات في البحرين.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية!).
فهم قوي للسوق البحريني واتجاهات التجارة العالمية.
مهارات اتصال وتفاوض وبناء علاقات ممتازة.
القدرة على تحديد الفرص التجارية وإتمام الصفقات.
ذاتي التحفيز، ذو أهداف واضحة، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
