Al Majed Oud is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Area Sales Supervisor in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present performance and sales reports.
- Develop and implement periodic sales plans.
- Ensure the collection of invoices and timely payment of dues.
- Analyze competitors and monitor market performance.
- Manage and direct the team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
- Brainstorm ideas and suggestions for Sales Growth Plans to present to Sales Management.
Required Skills:
- Must be residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain and have a valid residence permit.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor (preferably in perfumes).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Must hold a valid Bahraini driving license.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الأداء والمبيعات.
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات الدورية.
- ضمان تحصيل الفواتير ودفع المستحقات في الوقت المحدد.
- تحليل المنافسين ومتابعة أداء السوق.
- إدارة وتوجيه الفريق، توزيع المهام، وتقديم التوجيه والإرشاد.
- تقديم أفكار ومقترحات إلى إدارة المبيعات لخطط نمو المبيعات.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في مملكة البحرين ولديه تصريح إقامة ساري.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مشرف مبيعات المنطقة (ويفضل في مجال العطور).
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office Suite و Power BI.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية.
