Role Overview
We are looking for a bi-lingual (English & Arabic) Customer Success Manager with experience in system product training or product management. You will receive expert training on our system to provide frontline support to customers.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in setting up and optimizing their SRT system.
- Providing troubleshooting support to resolve user-related issues.
- Offering insights to our product development teams to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Being embedded with the customer, working closely with various levels of their organization.
📍 Location Requirement: You must already reside within a daily commute to our Bahrain office.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure system settings to align with customer needs.
- Understand the customer's operational goals and challenges to enhance system performance.
- Support customers in fully integrating their operations within our system platform.
- Provide frontline user support to ensure a smooth user experience.

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and ambitious IT Systems Engineer to install, configure, and maintain complex network servers, PC systems, CCTV, and building monitoring systems that form our maritime surveillance infrastructure.
This role involves:
- Deploying and configuring IT and network systems.
- Ensuring smooth system operations through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Training customer IT teams for long-term operational maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure networked servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
- Validate installations and provide detailed reports.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and various network configurations.
- Monitor system performance and implement patches and hardware replacements.
- Train customer IT departments to take operational responsibility for systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT network setup and management (commercial/industrial).
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IT security and data protection best practices.

- تدريب فرق تقنية المعلومات لدى العملاء لضمان الصيانة التشغيلية طويلة الأمد.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- إعداد وتكوين الخوادم الشبكية، التخزين، والبنية التحتية للشبكات.
- التحقق من عمليات التثبيت وتقديم تقارير مفصلة.
- استكشاف مشكلات الاتصال وحلها وتكوين الشبكات.
- مراقبة أداء النظام وتنفيذ التحديثات واستبدال الأجهزة عند الحاجة.
- تدريب فرق تقنية المعلومات لدى العملاء على الصيانة اليومية واكتشاف المشكلات وحلها.
- توثيق التغييرات والتحديثات التي يتم إجراؤها على الأنظمة.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إعداد وإدارة الشبكات وتقنية المعلومات (بيئات تجارية أو صناعية).
- إتقان أنظمة Windows/Linux والشبكات (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- يفضل الخبرة في الافتراضية (VMware/Hyper-V) والخدمات السحابية (AWS/Azure).
- فهم عميق لأمن تقنية المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات لحماية البيانات.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لحل المشكلات.

- فهم أهداف العملاء التشغيلية وتحدياتهم وتحسين إعدادات النظام وفقًا لذلك.
- مساعدة العملاء في دمج عملياتهم التشغيلية بالكامل داخل منصة SRT.
- تقديم دعم فوري ومباشر للمستخدمين لضمان تجربة استخدام سلسة.
- تقديم ملاحظات مستمرة لفريق تطوير المنتجات حول التحسينات المطلوبة.
