About the job
The Manager for Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining the physical conditions of the University and its facilities; requisitioning needed facilities and materials; planning and supervising construction/repair; and supervising and ensuring that support services are provided to staff and students.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- License to practice an Engineering Profession from CRPEP for (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage
- At least three (3) years’ experience in building or facilities management
- Extensive knowledge in planning and maintenance of buildings
- Knowledge in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, fire alarm systems, doors, gates, building fabric maintenance, mechanical services, and utility efficiency
- Ability to perform procurement process for materials, supplies, and facilities management services
- Knowledgeable in Ministry rules and regulations on Occupational Health and Safety
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Facilities Management software and Microsoft 365

مدير أول لإدارة المنشآت
عن الوظيفة
مدير إدارة المنشآت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على الحالة المادية للجامعة ومنشآتها؛ طلب الاحتياجات من المنشآت والمواد؛ التخطيط والإشراف على أعمال البناء/الصيانة؛ والإشراف على ضمان تقديم خدمات الدعم للموظفين والطلاب.
المتطلبات:
- خريج من كلية الهندسة (مدني، ميكانيكي، أو كهربائي).
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة الهندسة من CRPEP (مدني، ميكانيكي، أو كهربائي) ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات في إدارة المباني أو المنشآت.
- معرفة واسعة في تخطيط وصيانة المباني.
- معرفة في أنظمة التدفئة، وتكييف الهواء، والتهوية، والأنظمة الكهربائية، والسباكة، والمصاعد، وأنظمة الإنذار بالحريق، والأبواب، والأبواب الكهربائية، وصيانة الهياكل البنائية، والخدمات الميكانيكية، وكفاءة المرافق.
- القدرة على أداء عملية الشراء للمواد والإمدادات وخدمات إدارة المنشآت.
- إلمام بقوانين وأنظمة وزارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- إتقان برامج إدارة المنشآت وبرامج Microsoft 365.
