What You'll Be Doing
- Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
- Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure Click and Collect services are conducted within SLAs (Service-Level Agreements).
- Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
- Promote MUSE loyalty program and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
- Support in-store marketing events and activations.
- Stay updated with all brand social media activities and campaigns.
- Drive sell-throughs within the store.
- Support in-store CX initiatives.
- Provide input on what’s working well and what’s not within the store.

What You'll Be Doing
- Follow all relevant retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work practices.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, product usage, and services.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored recommendations to exceed expectations.
- Advise customers on the best product ranges suited to their preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits across different brands.
- Manage new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
- Achieve sales targets and focus on upselling using advanced sales techniques.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products.
- Monitor sales activities and generate a daily sales report.
- Ensure in-store stock replenishment on shelves and counters at the appropriate times.
- Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form.
- Handle stock receipt in accordance with company procedures.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fragrance sales.
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

ما ستقوم به
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات البيع بالتجزئة لضمان سير العمل بشكل منظم ومتسق.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتعزيز الولاء للعلامة التجارية.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات، الأسعار، التوافر، الاستخدام، والخدمات.
- التواصل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم توصيات ملائمة ومتفوقة.
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول أفضل المنتجات التي تناسب متطلباتهم.
- عرض استخدام المنتجات وفوائدها عبر مختلف العلامات التجارية.
- التعامل مع إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة، العروض الترويجية، والتنسيق المرئي.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتركيز على البيع والبيع الإضافي باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة.
- امتلاك معرفة قوية بالعلامات التجارية والمنتجات.
- متابعة الأنشطة البيعية وإعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية.
- ضمان إعادة تخزين المنتجات في الأرفف والكاونترات في الوقت المناسب.
- الإبلاغ عن نقص المخزون باستخدام نموذج طلب المخزون.
- التعامل مع استلام المخزون وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة.
ما تحتاجه للنجاح
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مبيعات العطور.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
