About the Role
The HR Generalist supports the Regional HR Manager in various HR functions, including talent management, training, compensation, and benefits. This role involves partnering with employees and management to implement HR policies and handle employee relations issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the Regional HR Manager on talent management, training, and compensation and benefits projects.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Handle employee onboarding in collaboration with line managers and other stakeholders.
- Address employee relations issues, including complaints, harassment, discrimination allegations, and performance concerns.
- Coach managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Represent the company in unemployment claims, as needed.
- Work with employees and management on personal leave and return-to-work matters.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Assist with reasonable accommodation requests and ethics hotline complaints.
- Support talent review efforts in collaboration with the Regional HR Manager.
- Facilitate or provide training on assigned topics.
- Create and manage reports and scorecards for assigned groups.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Manage assigned HR projects.
