Job Objective:
- Contribute to the technical delivery of engineering excellence through executing assigned scopes of work in a specific engineering discipline.
- Execute Commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Review and familiarize with the required scope of work, drawings, project specifications, and standards related to Commissioning work.
- Accountable for all Commissioning activities, ensuring they are performed according to procedures, safety rules, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned scopes of work and produce basic engineering deliverables such as reports, specifications, and technical requisitions.
- Perform conventional engineering tasks and solve problems using standard methods.
- Collaborate with other engineers and project teams to ensure project completion.
- Coordinate work with other engineering and operating groups to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in a similar role with 2-4 years of progressively more responsible experience.
- Proficient in design software and engineering database systems.
- Strong understanding of technical information, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
- Ability to conceptualize and design functional, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities
JOB OBJECTIVE
Contributes to the technical delivery of engineering excellence through executing assigned scopes of work in a specific engineering discipline. Develops less complex engineering deliverables including philosophies, reports, specifications, calculations, data sheets, and technical requisitions. Performs conventional, less complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, preparation of specifications, process studies, or research investigations. Creates designs, drawings, and specifications typically involving existing technology and applications. Under general supervision, evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Applies academic knowledge to job/role accountabilities; provides support on specific portions of larger projects/work assignments. Performs routine aspects of engineering assignments and collaborates with experienced technical professionals for non-routine aspects of engineering assignments. Solves problems of a routine nature within clearly defined procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- ISCED Level 6 Bachelors (minimum) or Level 7 Masters (preferred) Degree in engineering discipline, alternatively, tertiary level education combined with suitable industry experience can be used to demonstrate equivalence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 6 years in a similar role
- Typically requires two to four years of progressively more responsible pertinent experience.
- Ability to create functional and cost-effective designs that meet specification and requirements with supervision.
- Some capability for conceptualizing designs.
- Proficient in the use of design software and Database systems related to Engineering functions within their discipline.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information applicable to their discipline.
- Able to apply academic theory in a practical context.
- Awareness of standards, processes, and procedures and how they are used in work execution.
- Developing level of knowledge of regulatory framework and associated legislation.
- Developing level of competence in own discipline in the execution of assigned tasks.

Job Description: Wood is currently recruiting a Civil Engineer to be based in Bahrain for a client Engineering office.
Responsibilities
- Study and prepare site development plans, including earthwork calculations and preparation of BoQs related to excavation and backfill under the direction of the Lead Civil/Structural Engineer.
- Ensure that all assigned activities are completed within budgeted man-hours and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related standards and job notes on assigned projects.
- Perform engineering design calculations and prepare design sketches as needed.
- Review, comment on, and approve drawings related to assigned tasks.
- Attend progress meetings and assist in project progress reporting.
- Advise supervising engineers of any delays, their causes, corrective actions, and any unresolved technical issues.
- Assist in preparing contract requisitions and schedules of quantity for Underground Utilities work.
- Liaise with construction personnel and address site queries during the construction phase.
- Perform duties assigned by the Lead or Supervising Civil Engineer.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety, health, and environmental standards and show a commitment to HSE performance.
- Participate in and advise on design activities, training, inductions, and documentation reviews.
- Ensure designs meet required standards and project objectives, completing work on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry

Job Objective
As a Pipeline Engineer, you will contribute to technical delivery by executing assigned scopes of work in a specific engineering discipline. You will develop less complex engineering deliverables, including philosophies, reports, specifications, calculations, data sheets, and technical requisitions. You will perform conventional engineering assignments, involving equipment or product design, testing of materials, and preparation of specifications, and collaborate with experienced professionals for non-routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
