About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions. As a senior member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our ML strategies, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable solutions to complex problems that drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models and systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers) to define project goals and deliverables.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, etc.).
• Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
