Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the expansion of our Affiliate Program across EMEA markets. You will lead a team of 5 Digital Account Executives responsible for managing affiliate partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing and optimizing existing affiliate collaborations.
- Identifying and actively recruiting new affiliate partners.
- Supporting the team in commercial negotiations and technical integrations.
- Monitoring affiliate activity and conducting fraud checks.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies across online channels.
- Leading the team and developing growth strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
