About the Company:

Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor at a KitchenPark facility, you will oversee daily operations, ensure facility maintenance, onboard prospective partners, and deliver exceptional customer support. You will play a critical role in managing team performance and maintaining the operational efficiency of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:

  • Lead and train a dedicated facility team, handle scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment with effective communication.

• Building Repair and Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine inspections and audits on HVAC units, refrigeration units, water heaters, and ice machines.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance, and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.

• Health and Cleanliness:

  • Oversee janitorial team to ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
  • Monitor partner compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Enforce proper waste disposal procedures and respond promptly to cleaning emergencies.

• Customer Support and Retention:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, build strong relationships, and resolve any issues.
  • Manage partner experience to prevent churn and extend the partner lifecycle.

• Administrative and Strategic:

  • Train with senior roles in support, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Participate in planning sessions with management.
  • Review and report KPI metrics to management and contribute to goal setting.
  • Manage and report facility P&L, understanding key drivers for profitability.

• الصحة والنظافة :

  • الإشراف على فريق التنظيف لضمان الامتثال للنظافة والصرف الصحي.
  • مراقبة امتثال الشريك لقواعد الصحة والسلامة.
  • فرض إجراءات التخلص من النفايات بشكل صحيح والاستجابة الفورية لحالات الطوارئ المتعلقة بالتنظيف.

• دعم العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم :
