As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, minimizing stock losses, merchandising, and protecting company assets. Your role will involve building client relationships, ensuring a premium customer experience, and supporting the smooth operation of the store.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Sales and Clienteling
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to each customer by greeting them, offering assistance, and maintaining solid product knowledge.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals using effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
- Develop and build relationships with customers through regular use of the client book.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Participate in trunk shows and other promotional activities.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and advertisements.
- Resolve customer issues and provide informed suggestions that enhance service and productivity.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as needed.
- Help with packing and wrapping customer merchandise when required.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule and ensure punctuality.
Product and Stock
- Assist customers in locating merchandise at other stores and process charge-send sales.
- Handle individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the floor and in stockroom areas.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly ticketed, sensored, and report best sellers and low stock levels to management.
- Assist with price changes within the boutique.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
Process

Profile Requirements
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods industry.
- Commercial creativity with a strong sense of fashion and luxury sensitivity.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion trends consistent with the brand.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of merchandise.
- Familiarity with operating necessary equipment like phone systems, cash registers, and sensor-tag removers.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment is a plus.
- Computer literacy is essential.
