Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description and Responsibilities
1. Product Inspection and Machine Operation:
- Conduct variable and attribute inspections of product characteristics as per quality control procedures.
- Regularly monitor physical values and compare actual production results with set targets, initiating corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with the Shift Leader to resolve product quality issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Hold, downgrade, or reject any product that fails to meet defined quality standards.
- Verify tube labeling and packaging.
- Ensure proper operation and daily maintenance of assigned machines and equipment.
2. Reporting:
- Prepare QC Inspection Reports and update the SAP system with relevant data.
- Generate daily output, hold item, and shrinkage monitoring reports.
- Report any abnormalities in laboratory or production equipment.
3. Communication:
- Assign tasks and guide packing teams on product handling.
- Share necessary QC-related information with relevant departments.
- Immediately notify the Shift Leader about deviations or waste.
4. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Adhere to safe working procedures in line with the organization's HSE objectives.
- Report any safety incidents or property damage.
Skills Required:
- Experience in inspection and quality control.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
- Strong reporting and team communication skills.

وصف الوظيفة والمسؤوليات
1. التفتيش على المنتجات وتشغيل الآلات:
- تنفيذ عمليات تفتيش متغيرة وثابتة لخصائص المنتج وفقًا لإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
- مراقبة القيم الفيزيائية بانتظام ومقارنة نتائج الإنتاج الفعلية بالأهداف المحددة، مع اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية عند الضرورة.
- التنسيق مع قائد المناوبة لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بجودة المنتج وضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء.
- رفض أو تخفيض مستوى أي منتج لا يلتزم بمعايير الجودة المحددة.
- التحقق من علامات الأنابيب والتعبئة.
- ضمان التشغيل السليم والصيانة الروتينية اليومية للآلات والمعدات.
2. التقارير:
- إعداد تقارير تفتيش الجودة وتحديث نظام SAP بالمعلومات.
- إعداد تقارير المخرجات اليومية، المنتجات المتوقفة، والانكماش.
- الإبلاغ عن أي شذوذ في المعدات المختبرية أو الإنتاجية.
3. التواصل:
- تنظيم المهام للفرق وتوجيه عمليات تعبئة المنتجات.
- تقديم المعلومات اللازمة للأقسام ذات الصلة.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عند حدوث انحرافات أو نفايات.
4. الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE):
- الالتزام بإجراءات العمل الآمنة وفق أهداف الصحة والسلامة للشركة.
- الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث سلامة أو أضرار للممتلكات.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في عمليات التفتيش ومراقبة الجودة.
