About the Role
Tech Leads within Hostaway play a pivotal technical leadership role, ensuring their cross-functional team builds the right solutions that solve customer problems securely, extensibly, and scalably for the future. Tech Leads are expected to govern the technical maturity of their respective domain, having a clear view of the architectural challenges and how to remediate them over time.
A close relationship with the domain’s Product Manager is essential. While the PM defines the "what," you are the peer responsible for determining the "how." Diving deep into the business problem the PM is trying to solve is crucial to making informed decisions on how to shape the technical solution for the team.
You will be supported by an Engineering Manager, who will help guide the day-to-day delivery aspects of the team. This includes breaking work down into manageable tasks, focusing on a sustainable yet high-performing delivery cadence, and ensuring we have the right candidates in place.

Position Overview

Director of Revenue Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership to our team of RevOps engineers and analysts. This is a hands-on role that will require a deep understanding of GTM reporting and revenue operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing revenue operations in fast-growing scaleups.

Our Core Platform team is a deeply technical-oriented group with the objective to evolve our overall architecture into a more modularized, service-oriented architecture. We are looking for a strong technical lead who can help us drive our Domain Driven Design processes, assist in designing the future evolution of our architecture, and drive the overall modularization effort.
This is a pivotal role where you will work directly with the engineering leadership team to define and execute our technical architectural vision, building a platform foundation that our other domain teams can build upon.
