Hygiene Supervisor

Main Objectives
Responsible for supervising the Hygiene Shift Leaders to ensure that the laid down cleaning schedules are followed as per instructions within the Quality Assurance Manual. Ensures that suitable and sufficient stocks of chemicals are available for carrying out the cleaning of the section as well as pest control.
Main Duties
- Directs the activities of assigned hygiene groups and monitors work scheduled during day duty to ensure that it is carried out efficiently. Includes assisting hygiene staff where necessary and initiating additional work if required to fulfill the department's cleaning and sanitizing requirements, training new and existing staff about the cleaning methods and chemicals for effective cleaning.
- Prepares and compiles daily hygiene reports on activities carried out by the Hygiene staff for approval by the section head to confirm the adequacy of the activities.
- Assists with pest control duties within and around the Catering department to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Responsible for ordering equipment and disposable items to ensure a minimum and sufficient stock is available.
- Assists in evaluating new cleaning equipment and chemicals during tenders and when new items are proposed to choose the most effective and least costly options.
- Prepares work orders for Maintenance on defective, damaged, or missing equipment and structures throughout the unit to maintain the unit in a standard that does not jeopardize food safety.
- Collects water samples throughout the Unit and the Airport for analysis in the laboratory by the Laboratory Technician to ensure the water microbiological quality level.
- Follows staff annual medical checkup requirements, assists in making appointments, and receives the medical reports to ensure all food handling staff meets the requirement of the annual medical check-up requirement.
- Comply with the Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements.
- Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
A minimum of a High School certificate.
Experience:
5 years experience in a similar position.

- توجيه أنشطة مجموعات النظافة المعينة ومراقبة الجدول الزمني للعمل خلال ساعات النهار لضمان تنفيذه بكفاءة. يشمل ذلك مساعدة موظفي النظافة عند الضرورة وبدء أعمال إضافية إذا لزم الأمر لتلبية متطلبات التنظيف والتعقيم للقسم، وتدريب الموظفين الجدد والقائمين على طرق ومواد التنظيف لتحقيق تنظيف فعال.
- إعداد وتجميع تقارير النظافة اليومية حول الأنشطة التي نفذها موظفو النظافة لموافقة رئيس القسم لتأكيد كفاية الأنشطة.
- المساعدة في مهام مكافحة الآفات داخل وحول قسم تقديم الطعام للحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة.
- مسؤول عن طلب المعدات والمواد القابلة للاستخدام لضمان توفر حد أدنى وكافٍ من المخزون.
- المساعدة في تقييم معدات ومواد التنظيف الجديدة أثناء المناقصات وعند اقتراح عناصر جديدة لاختيار الخيارات الأكثر فعالية وأقل تكلفة.
- إعداد طلبات العمل للصيانة على المعدات والهياكل المعيبة أو التالفة أو المفقودة في جميع أنحاء الوحدة للحفاظ على الوحدة بمعيار لا يعرض سلامة الغذاء للخطر.
- جمع عينات المياه من جميع أنحاء الوحدة والمطار لتحليلها في المختبر من قبل فني المختبر للتأكد من مستوى الجودة الميكروبيولوجية للمياه.
- اتباع متطلبات الفحص الطبي السنوي للموظفين، والمساعدة في تحديد المواعيد واستلام التقارير الطبية لضمان تلبية جميع موظفي التعامل مع الطعام لمتطلبات الفحص الطبي السنوي.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.
- تنفيذ المهام الأخرى المماثلة أو ذات الصلة كما توجهها الإدارة.
المتطلبات الدنيا
التعليم:
حد أدنى من شهادة الثانوية العامة.
الخبرة:
5 سنوات من الخبرة في وظيفة مشابهة.
المتطلبات الأساسية الأخرى:
- معرفة واسعة بمعايير النظافة
- مهارات تقييم المخاطر والتخفيف منها
- مهارات التواصل والتعاون
- مهارات حل المشكلات
