Data Specialist
- The analysis must include qualitative and quantitative insights on elements such as:
- Coding accuracy: Rate of code accuracy based on the workplan activity’s description.
- Quality of Gender Marker Comments: Rate of GEM entries with substantive rationale, and their distribution by sector and GEEW activity type. Quality of the substantive rationale provided and effectiveness in improving coding accuracy.
- Typology: Codes distribution by type of GEEW activity, by sector.
- The analysis should include case studies that reflect:
- Good practices: workplan activities with correct coding that can be used as examples;
- Opportunities for learning: workplan activities with incorrect coding that can be used as practice cases to demonstrate how a correct code can be applied.
Project Specialist
The Contractor will, by November 15th, 2025:
- (a) Support the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects, including undertaking research, making proposals, preparing related documentation and compiling information, particularly for Arab countries;
- (b) Assist in the preparatory work, planning and organization of training of trainers’ modules and other training activities;
- (c) Contribute to the preparation of action plans for the execution of joint cooperation projects and activities requested by existing IPTIs for 2023, including under the Build Back Fund.
- (d) Assist in the execution of the abovementioned projects and activities, focused on skill-based training which target key domestic economic sectors;
- (e) Coordinate the responses to new requests for cooperation and support the related needs assessment processes;
Graphic Designer
- We require an experienced graphic design professional with the following experience, skills and competences:
- Professionally accredited training in graphic design.
- Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in graphic and artwork design.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks with short deadlines.
- Proven record of achievement in conceiving and creating high-quality design for social media and web, as well as for trade fair stands and exhibitions.
- Proven record of achievement in conceiving and creating high-quality design for publications, publicity materials and other information products, which supports and enhances the editorial content.
