Responsibilities:
Profit & Financial:
Recommend appropriate products and provide information on their features, advantages, and benefits. Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color. Utilize selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV). Monitor availability of GOBE products. Ensure proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferage. Monitor and update reports on product shelf life.
Commercial:
Ensure products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tags and price tags. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area. Comply with all customer service standards (e.g., Smile and Greet, Offers Basket). Attend to all customer queries and needs. Resolve customer complaints guided by set customer service standards. Prepare and set up store promotions using marketing materials to effectively communicate promotions.

Create a clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards. Make a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code. Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and friendly greeting. Provide current relevant information about products. Offer quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly. Maintain cleanliness at the cash wrap and efficiently serve customers. Thank customers sincerely as they exit and invite them back.

Required Skills:
Good PC skills and qualifications from a supply chain management/logistics institute. Ability to handle pressure and stress effectively. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Good knowledge of MS Office products.
