About The Opportunity
We are seeking knowledgeable and compassionate Sleep Coaches & specialists to provide personalized support to our members. As a Sleep Coach, you will help individuals develop healthy sleep habits, manage stress and anxiety, optimize their sleep environment, and implement evidence-based strategies for better sleep. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding members toward achieving restful and restorative sleep.
BetterUp is committed to providing holistic support for our members' well-being. As part of our comprehensive coaching services, we offer specialized sleep coaching to help members improve their sleep quality and overall health. We are looking for experienced Sleep Coaches to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our members.
The ideal candidate is familiar with and has advanced training in Clinical Sleep experience or Sleep Lab consulting.
You’ll have experience helping each person understand how they are feeling and why and provide them with the support they need in the moments they need them most — the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
