🎯 What you will do
- Initiate and engage in outbound outreach efforts to generate interest and create new sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calls, and emails.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
- Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).

- You already have some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company, and are ready to further expand your expertise.
- You have German skills on a native level and English skills on a business level.
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
- You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
