The AI and Robotics Kit Pre-Sales Executive will collaborate with the product development, and education teams to provide technical expertise and generate sales. This role involves understanding the unique needs of educational institutions, presenting tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of our AI and robotics kits in enhancing STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Technical Expertise:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of MECOS's AI and robotics kits and their applications in educational settings.
Stay informed about the latest trends in STEM education, AI, and robotics.

2. Pre-Sales:

Identify the needs of schools and universities and recommend suitable solutions.
Preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Conduct engaging technical presentations and product demos to educators and administrators.
Address technical questions and concerns from prospective clients during the sales process.

3. Solution Design:

Analyze the educational requirements of clients and design custom AI and robotics kit solutions.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure solutions are feasible and meet educational standards.

4. Customer Engagement:


Build strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers in educational institutions.
Provide insights and feedback from customers to the product development team to guide future product enhancements.

5. Training and Documentation:


Develop and deliver training sessions for the sales team on the technical aspects and educational benefits of the AI and robotics kits.
Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and sales support materials tailored to educational contexts.

6. Post-Sales Support:

Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation and support teams.
Provide ongoing technical support to key educational clients as needed.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or educational technology role.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics, particularly in educational applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to educators and administrators.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about educational needs and solutions.
Experience with educational technology and curriculum development is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD400.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
