Keep things fresh with innovative new creations while maintaining high quality standards.
Kitchen Captain: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring staff efficiency and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
Leadership Chef: Motivate and coach your culinary team, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Equipment Expert: Identify and procure equipment needs to maintain a smooth-running kitchen.
Plating Perfectionist: Add the final touches to dishes, ensuring every plate is a masterpiece.
Culinary Connoisseur: Stay on top of current food trends and best practices, keeping the menu innovative and exciting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing food
BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
