Required jobs in DAMANA company and their details:
Medical Approval Doctor
- Consult with the Provider Relation Department for any discrepancy in price or CPT code of the provider pre-approval.
- Coordinate & follow up with Clinical Team for any complex admission case.
- Respond to clients/members calls and queries related to theirpre-approvals status , eligibility, plan benefit coverage and other queries related to member’s policy terms & conditions.
- Handle medical cases related to areas of specialization.
- Book every call/ complaint and Support the Customer Service Department for any query related to clients’ pre-approvals.
- Assist in the department process improvements and make recommendations to Team Leader.
- Process requests for pre-certification from providers (hospitals/clinics) in the approvals module of the Company’s Claims Management System (CMS) by applying policy terms and conditions.
- Adhere to the contents of the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and the Company’s overall procedures and policies.
- Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager.
- Schedule on rotated shifts and weekends as assigned by the direct manager.
Customer Service Representative
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by dealing with member/client enquiries in an effective and timely manner.
- To offer the highest possible level of service to all our clients thereby assisting in retaining existing business and improving our persistency levels by maintaining excellent productivity and accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to all client enquiries relating to eligibility, plan benefit coverage, claims status, policy terms and conditions and strive for first call resolution.
- Communicate regularly with clients and our business partners regarding the insurance cover and related claims.
- Provide payment confirmation or clarifications as required to clients.
- Achieve / exceed set productivity and quality standards.
- Interface effectively with internal colleagues and staff to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate records and files as required.
- Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to Team Leader or Senior Officer.

- معالجة طلبات الاعتماد المسبق من مقدمي الخدمة (المستشفيات/العيادات) في وحدة الموافقات في نظام إدارة المطالبات الخاص بالشركة (CMS) من خلال تطبيق شروط وأحكام السياسة.
- الالتزام بمحتويات دليل إجراءات التشغيل (OPM) والإجراءات والسياسات العامة للشركة.
- - مهام متنوعة ضمن نطاق العمل يكلف بها من قبل الرئيس المباشر.
- جدولة المناوبات المتناوبة وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع على النحو الذي يحدده المدير المباشر.
