Regional Trainer for Africa - TREMEAI

Training
Should be able to travel across the region to deliver trainings & coaching sessions throughout the year based on a calendar that fits the business needs validated with referent from the Retail Education Department TREMEAI, referent of Conquest zone- Africa, Middle East and India Sub Continental
International Trainer should be able to understand training content and business needs, be able to train Beauty Advisors, Generic Staff and Promoters on all Beauty categories (Fragrances, Skincare, Make-up & haircare), be able to transmit knowledge on Brand heritage, essential knowledge, pillars, franchises and novelties in all L’Oreal Travel Retail Brands present in Africa Travel Retail

About the job
I am the OFFLINE BRAND MANAGER and the expert of the brands Brick and Mortar retail activation and expression. I ensure the local retail implementation of the Brand plan, from launch plan execution to retailer differentiation and animation plan. I am the voice of the brand in the country, the voice of the country in my brand flower and the face of the brand in front of retailers.

Retail Education Manager - Kiehl's

Job Content
Deliver and implement Retail Education strategy for the GCC, both supporting the worldwide brand strategy while making it locally relevant at the service of business.
Ensure brand message & image are successfully conveyed at counters through BAs.
Provide local markets Training teams with all tools and materials to ensure perfect consumer experience and product knowledge within the field teams (multi-languages English/Arabic).
Support and advise the local markets in career development plans of the field teams + supervise the top position talent pool (team of 12 nationals). Help upskilling the Education function through the right processes and tracking tools for the career development of field teams.
Foster cooperation with Sales/Marketing to enable local education teams as a efficient business partner at the service of retail excellence.
Direct management (forecasts, implementation, follow up) of BA grooming and service tools materials.
Report on a monthly basis on Education KPIs and link with Retail/Sales KPIs to measure impact of Education actions on business results, and ensure optimization of human and financial resources.
