EA responsabilities

He/She focuses on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day activities.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements;
Manage administrative tasks (examples: purchase requests, expenses report, report writing;
Be the interface with internal and external interlocutors;
May work on support presentations/documents/files;
Handle confidential business and personal information
Office Manager responsabilities

Facilities management for office
Managing couriers
PR/PO & D365 support for office admin expenses
Managing petty cash
Support UAE Location Leader/Recreational Committee for Townhall, C-Level visits & events
Travel Manager for Egencia (Serves as point of contact between Egencia and Employees, whenever they are facing issues with their account as well as with travel concerns; Creating employee profile on Egencia; Make booking for guest travelers)
Local Security Officer (LSO)
Support office space optimization project
