Senior Business Strategy & Operations Manager – Job
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Strategy & Operations Manager. This high-responsibility, execution-focused role sits at the holding-company level and works directly with company leadership to ensure business initiatives are delivered to a world-class standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic business planning across multiple product lines and ventures.

Lead competitive analysis, market mapping, and strategic research to guide key business decisions.

Oversee project execution across departments, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine business roadmaps, launch plans, and execution frameworks.

Build business plans, operational frameworks, and financial models to support growth and long-term decisions.

Ensure coordination across product, operations, finance, client engagement, and management.

Identify operational weaknesses and implement systems, standards, and processes to strengthen delivery.

Support major initiatives such as market entry, partnerships, scaling strategies, and new service development.

Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:

5–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, operations, or related functions.

Proven ability to plan, analyze, and execute at a high level in fast-moving environments.

Strong financial acumen: able to build financial models, business cases, and investment narratives.
-
Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred.

Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to operate with incomplete information.

Managerial leadership to drive accountability, standards, and results.

Confident communicator capable of translating complex ideas into executive-ready presentations.

Comfortable working across multiple functions.

عن الدور:
نبحث عن مدير أول استراتيجي وعملي في مجال استراتيجية الأعمال والعمليات. هذا الدور عالي المسؤولية ويركز على التنفيذ، ويعمل على مستوى الشركة الأم مباشرة مع القيادة لضمان تنفيذ المبادرات التجارية بمعايير عالمية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة التخطيط الاستراتيجي للأعمال عبر خطوط إنتاج ومشاريع متعددة.

إجراء تحليلات تنافسية، ورسم خرائط السوق، والبحوث الاستراتيجية لتوجيه القرارات الرئيسية.

متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع عبر الأقسام وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد والجودة العالية.
-
التعاون مع القيادة العليا لتطوير خرائط الطريق وخطط الإطلاق وأطر التنفيذ.
-
إعداد خطط الأعمال، الأطر التشغيلية، والنماذج المالية لدعم النمو واتخاذ القرارات طويلة الأمد.
-
ضمان التنسيق بين المنتج، العمليات، المالية، خدمة العملاء، والإدارة.
-
تحديد نقاط الضعف التشغيلية وتطبيق أنظمة ومعايير وعمليات لتعزيز الأداء.
-
دعم المبادرات الرئيسية مثل دخول الأسواق الجديدة، الشراكات، استراتيجيات التوسع، وتطوير الخدمات الجديدة.

إعداد عروض وتقارير ومراسلات على مستوى تنفيذي للأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

خبرة 5–10 سنوات أو أكثر في الاستراتيجية أو الاستشارات أو تطوير الشركات أو العمليات أو وظائف ذات صلة.
-
قدرة مثبتة على التخطيط والتحليل والتنفيذ على مستوى عالٍ في بيئات عمل سريعة.
-
مهارات مالية قوية: القدرة على بناء النماذج المالية، حالات الأعمال، والسرد الاستثماري.
-
خبرة في سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مفضلة.
-
التفكير الاستراتيجي القوي، حل المشكلات بشكل منظم، والقدرة على العمل مع معلومات غير مكتملة.

قيادة إدارية لتحفيز المساءلة والمعايير وتحقيق النتائج.

مهارات تواصل قوية لترجمة الأفكار المعقدة إلى عروض تقديمية جاهزة للإدارة العليا.

القدرة على العمل عبر وظائف متعددة.
