Job Description
- Prepare measurements for building works for input into Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates;
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities;
- Assist with implementing, maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures during the pre and post contract phases of construction projects;
- Assist with evaluating variations and updating cost reports;
- Assist with preparation of payment recommendations to Contractors;
- Assist with preparing, pricing and negotiating change orders with contractors;
- Market tests rates and analysis of tender returns for input into inhouse database.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or engineering field
- 2 years' work experience post completion of graduation

- إعداد القياسات لأعمال البناء لإدخالها في جدول الكميات وتقديرات التكلفة؛
- المساعدة في إعداد جدول الكميات؛
- المساعدة في تنفيذ وصيانة ومراقبة إجراءات التحكم في التكاليف خلال مراحل ما قبل وما بعد العقد لمشاريع البناء؛
- المساعدة في تقييم الاختلافات وتحديث تقارير التكلفة؛
- المساعدة في إعداد توصيات الدفع للمقاولين؛
- المساعدة في إعداد أوامر التغيير وتسعيرها والتفاوض عليها مع المقاولين؛
- اختبارات السوق ومعدلات تحليل عوائد العطاءات لإدخالها في قاعدة البيانات الداخلية.
المؤهلات
- مؤهل جامعي في مجال مسح الكميات أو الهندسة
- خبرة عمل لمدة سنتين بعد التخرج
