Job Description
Position Overview
The Assistant Sale Manager will support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also emphasizes maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market analysis.

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Manama’s business and tourism sectors is advantageous.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

يدعم مساعد مدير المبيعات مدير المبيعات في تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات، وبناء علاقات مع العملاء، وتحديد فرص عمل جديدة. يشمل الدور إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة، إدارة الحسابات، التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية، مراقبة اتجاهات السوق، وإعداد تقارير وتوقعات المبيعات. كما يركز الدور على الحفاظ على معايير عالية في خدمة العملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

المؤهلات

معرفة قوية باستراتيجيات المبيعات وإدارة علاقات العملاء وتحليل السوق.

مهارات عالية في التواصل، التفاوض، والعرض التقديمي.

القدرة على إعداد وتحليل تقارير المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء.

خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات الفنادق أو قطاع الضيافة مرغوبة جدًا.

المعرفة بقطاع الأعمال والسياحة في المنامة ميزة إضافية.

مهارات ممتازة في العمل الجماعي والقيادة.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية.
