General Manager – Asphalt & Surfacing Division – Job
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Asphalt & Surfacing Division in Bahrain.

Oversee daily operations, project timelines, budgets, and workforce management.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality objectives.

Maintain quality assurance for materials and end-products.

Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies for the division.

Foster client relationships and optimize production levels.

Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in asphalt production, road construction, and surfacing operations.

Proven leadership capabilities, workforce management, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in quality assurance, materials testing, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with financial budgeting, cost estimation, and production planning.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Previous managerial experience in road construction or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.

Minimum 20 years of experience in the field, with 5–10 years in a similar managerial role.

المتطلبات:

خبرة واسعة في إنتاج الإسفلت، وإنشاء الطرق، وعمليات التعبيد.

قدرات قيادية مثبتة، إدارة فرق العمل، وحل المشكلات الاستراتيجية.

إتقان ضمان الجودة، اختبار المواد، والامتثال للوائح.
-
خبرة في الميزانية المالية، تقدير التكاليف، وتخطيط الإنتاج.
-
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، إدارة البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة سابقة في الإدارة ضمن مشاريع إنشاء الطرق أو البنية التحتية مفيدة جدًا.

خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في المجال، مع 5–10 سنوات في دور إداري مماثل.
