We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter based in Bahrain, available to join immediately. This role handles end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates

• Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and job portals

• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements

• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers

Role Overview

A reputed trading company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its accounts department and drive financial excellence. The candidate should be available in Bahrain for immediate placement. Candidates on notice period or currently not working are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping

• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in monthly closings

• Support compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Assist in audits by preparing required documentation

• Help in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain records

• Coordinate with team members and support management when required
