Facade Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Oversee and manage all aspects of facade projects, including steelwork, roofing, and associated works. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

• Technical & Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine facade designs. Provide expert technical input on facade systems, materials (e.g., glass, metal, cladding), and installation techniques.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all facade-related matters. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.

• Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all facade works comply with international standards and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.

• Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Develop and manage project budgets for facade works. Provide accurate cost estimates and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to meet financial targets.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years experience in facade management or facade engineering within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of various facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.

• Familiarity with international facade standards.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Head of Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project goals.

• Oversee tendering, negotiation, and subcontract award for all civil and infrastructure procurement packages.

• Manage and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for performance and compliance.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals across project sites and the head office.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance to ensure aligned procurement execution.

• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. CIPS, PMP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

• 10–15 years of procurement experience in the construction industry with 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Experience with Bahrain projects is preferred.

• Excellent negotiation and contract development skills.

• Knowledge of local suppliers, logistics, and regulatory environment.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).

• Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
