JOINERY FACTORY MANAGER
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations in the joinery workshop.

Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure quality control of all woodworking and fit-out elements.

Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and job progress.

Requirements

Minimum 10-15 years of GCC experience, preferably in Bahrain.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Wood Technology, Architecture, or related field.

Strong knowledge of custom furniture, woodwork production, and interior fit-outs.

Familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing techniques.

Experience managing workshop staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD understanding preferred.

PROJECT ENGINEER- CIVIL
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily site activities of high-rise construction projects.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor construction progress, track milestones, and prepare progress reports.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and safety protocols.

Assist in material planning, manpower management, and subcontractor coordination.

Identify and resolve technical issues on site.

Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering within the GCC.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects.

Strong understanding of structural works, finishing activities, and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
