Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Bahrain

Experience Required: 7+ years (Experience in Bahrain is a must)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of hands-on accounting experience within Bahrain, with a strong background in financial operations and retail accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and verify financial transactions using accounting software

• Maintain and update ledgers and journals

• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expenses

• Reconcile payments and bank statements

• Ensure accuracy of financial reports with company records

• Prepare financial reports and VAT reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Handle debit and credit notes

• Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management

• Strong understanding of Bahrain VAT regulations and compliance

• In-depth knowledge of retail accounting practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Retail industry experience is mandatory

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تسجيل والتحقق من المعاملات المالية باستخدام برامج المحاسبة

• الحفاظ على تحديث الدفاتر والسجلات المالية

• معالجة والتحقق من الفواتير والإيصالات والمصاريف

• تسوية المدفوعات والكشوف البنكية

• ضمان دقة التقارير المالية مع سجلات الشركة

• إعداد التقارير المالية وتقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة

• إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة

• التعامل مع ملاحظات المدين والدائن

• تقديم الإرشاد والنصائح المالية للإدارة العليا

• فهم قوي لقوانين ضريبة القيمة المضافة في البحرين والالتزام بها

• معرفة متعمقة بممارسات المحاسبة في قطاع التجزئة

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة وبرنامج إكسل

• مهارات تحليلية واتصالية وقيادية ممتازة

• الخبرة في قطاع التجزئة أمر ضروري

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist, located in Northern Governorate, Bahrain. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, processing orders and returns, and maintaining customer records. The role involves working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills

• Strong Communication skills

• Experience with Contact Centers

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
