Position Summary

The CSR is responsible for building trust and rapport with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. This role involves processing customer orders, coordinating with warehouse operations, data entry, documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Process customer orders and print shipment documents using WMS
Check product availability through stock reports
Handle expedited orders, special requests, and ensure proper invoicing
Resolve returned merchandise issues and provide credit if needed
Follow up with departments to meet service standards

Customer Interaction

Respond to inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues
Act as point-of-contact between warehouse, office, and customers

Documentation & Data Entry

Ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving records
Maintain detailed files and records of transactions
Perform accurate and timely data entry for inventory and shipments

Clerical & Communication Duties

Handle phone calls professionally and direct visitors appropriately
Support drivers at check-in and collaborate across departments
Greet clients and operate office equipment

Additional Site-Specific Duties

Cross-train in administrative functions as needed
Overtime work based on business needs

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of warehouse/logistics or customer service experience

Technical Skills

Intermediate computer proficiency
Microsoft Office & WMS system experience

Language & Communication

English fluency (verbal and written)
Business-level communication and writing skills

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Quality Officer to support our logistics operations in Bahrain. You will ensure full regulatory compliance across our warehouse processes and drive quality improvements across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all operations comply with current regulatory and industry standards within the Quality Management System (QMS) framework
Maintain documentation, traceability, and approvals for all stored, packed, and distributed products
Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries from clients, authorities, and internal teams
Enforce warehouse organization and cleanliness via the 5S program
Track and report CSR, health & safety, and environmental KPIs
Develop and update procedures for product complaint handling
Monitor risk management activities and escalate issues where necessary
Train QA team on policies, core procedures, and quality systems
Ensure all QHSE systems meet ISO standards and Bahrain legal requirements
Conduct regular data analysis and reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)

Full-Time Inventory Operations Coordinator – Ensure Accuracy & Compliance

Job Purpose
To supervise daily inventory operations, ensure accuracy in storage and transactions, and report discrepancies after Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and considering Corrective and Preventive Action (CPA). The role requires 100% accuracy and adherence to safety, quality, and health procedures while ensuring timely, reliable, and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and direct daily operations in the inventory section to ensure effective stock and transaction checks.
Supervise stock reporting and maintain accurate daily records.
Maintain inventory and location records for production control and cost accounting in compliance with DSV procedures.
Conduct cyclical stock counts to maintain stock integrity and meet financial and contractual requirements.
Follow up on discrepancies and non-conformities daily, reporting developments.
Coordinate with Quality Coordinators to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the warehouse and operations team to identify RCA and CPA.
Identify training needs that may be overlooked by department heads.
Verify accuracy of reports from different departments.
Ensure timely updates of data on the WMS.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Competencies

Fluency in English
