About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and streamline operational activities within our offshore marine services in Bahrain. You will play a central role in managing contracts, coordinating internal departments, and supporting executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and charter parties in alignment with policies and industry standards

• Coordinate daily operations across departments, ensuring procedural compliance and efficiency

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely, professional communication

• Maintain organized records of all contracts, charter agreements, and operational documentation

• Utilize CRM systems to track operations and manage client interactions

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching vessels, barges, and marine assets

• Support operational strategy by working closely with the Managing Director and senior management

• Ensure all offshore marine operations adhere to local and international regulations

• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights into operational performance and client satisfaction

• Collaborate with the administration team in planning and logistics

Requirements

• Previous experience in maritime or offshore operations preferred

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills

• Familiarity with contract and charter party management

• Proficiency in CRM systems and document handling

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

نبحث عن منسق عمليات متمكن للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال الخدمات البحرية في البحرين. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة العقود، تنسيق العمليات اليومية، ودعم الإدارة العليا في تنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية.

التفاصيل

• إعداد ومراجعة وإدارة العقود واتفاقيات الإيجار البحري بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والمعايير المعتمدة

• تنسيق العمليات اليومية بين الأقسام المختلفة وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات المعتمدة

• التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء كجهة اتصال رئيسية وتقديم ردود مهنية وفي الوقت المناسب

• تنظيم وتوثيق جميع السجلات الخاصة بالعقود واتفاقيات التشغيل

• استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) لتتبع العمليات والتفاعل مع العملاء

• المساهمة في جدولة وتحريك السفن والبارجات وغيرها من المعدات البحرية حسب متطلبات العملاء

• التعاون المباشر مع المدير العام والإدارة العليا في دعم الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والدولية المتعلقة بالعمليات البحرية

• إعداد التقارير وتقديم تحليلات تشغيلية حول الأداء ورضا العملاء

• دعم فريق الإدارة في التخطيط والتنظيم اللوجستي

الشروط

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الخدمات البحرية أو العمليات البحرية

• مهارات قوية في التنظيم والتنسيق والتواصل

• إلمام جيد بإدارة العقود واتفاقيات الإيجار

• إتقان استخدام أنظمة CRM وتنظيم المستندات

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة
