🧭 Position Overview – Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead

The team is seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead. This position demands strategic planning capabilities, strong technical proficiency, and exceptional leadership. The NOC Lead is responsible for overseeing a team that ensures the 24/7 operation, reliability, and security of network services, while also identifying opportunities for infrastructure improvements.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Leading a diverse team to proactively identify and resolve network issues, maximizing service availability.
Coaching and mentoring staff, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting professional development to ensure high performance and productivity.

EW Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical ELINT Analyst to join our team. This role involves hands-on experience in TECHELINT/TECHSIGINT and EW (Electronic Warfare) data systems, including technical guidance, interoperability, and content quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration with System Engineers
Work closely with Navy and DoD Electronic Warfare system engineers to document, interpret, and analyze both current and deployed EW system data requirements.
Research and Validation
Identify, research, and validate authoritative data sources that support the community’s established needs.
Subject Matter Expertise
Deliver expert-level insight into Navy TECHELINT data products (such as NGES, EWIR, CED) and national-level intelligence products (from ONI, NASIC, NGIC, MSIC, NGA, DIA, NSA) in support of Electronic Warfare systems.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site support; remote work is not available. Candidates should be capable of both team collaboration and independent technical problem-solving.

Journeyman Technician - San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

Our team has a Knowledge Manager position available in Chesapeake, VA. This position will be responsible for encouraging correct and widespread usage of the project’s knowledge base by creating guidelines for what is captured, how it is captured, how it is stored, and how it is disseminated and/or made available to the team. This position will define the knowledge management strategy for the project, and focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high-quality content for employees. Primary responsibilities include:

Define a knowledge management (KM) strategy for the project that incorporates and optimizes the people, processes, and tools supporting shipboard networks

Develop a roadmap strategy for future KM improvements that build on industry best practices and leverages available tools and processes

Work with a small team responsible for implementation and continued oversight of the KM strategy

Work effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders to develop and support new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, meetings, and tools to facilitate and enhance information sharing between groups

Create and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for adoption and usage of KM content, and provide regular reports illustrating the benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for KM

Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M
