• رخصة هندسة من الفئة "A" في الهندسة المدنية من الهيئة المعنية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع المدنية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في التعامل مع عدة مشاريع كبيرة (قيمة > 5 ملايين دينار بحريني)

• إتقان استخدام برامج Primavera P6 أو MS Project لتخطيط التوقيت ومتابعة التقدم

• معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء، واللوائح المحلية، ومعايير الجودة والسلامة

• قدرة مثبتة على إدارة فرق المشاريع والمقاولين الفرعيين المتعددين

• مهارات قيادة وحل مشكلات واتصال ممتازة

المؤهلات المفضلة

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on technical execution, commercial viability, and contractual compliance, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet deadlines while managing client relations and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in planning, execution, and methodology across all sites.

• Maintain market awareness to ensure competitive pricing and efficient resource allocation.

• Manage and monitor site progress, resource planning, and workforce deployment.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead client communication on technical and commercial matters.

• Oversee project monitoring systems to control timelines and costs.
