SENIOR ENGINEER – ENVIRONMENT

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Introduce environmental programs that promote a positive environment culture throughout BAC and it subsidiary and sister companies, stakeholders, and BIA community.

Support the Head in developing, implementing, and maintaining the environment management system and ensure that the system is followed by all BAC departments and for any activity being carried out at BIA.

Plan awareness programs on environmental requirements/ pollution control, prevention & development.

Support Head Environment in developing and enhancing the environmental Monitoring program and its implementation for BAC activities, stakeholders, and contractors.

Inspect facilities, identifying potentially environmental hazards and provide engineering solution.

Provide recommendations on various processes and improvements that will reduce environmental risks and pollution.

Develop a high-level understanding of workplace processes and equipment to best discern opportunities for improvement and the elimination of any potential environmental impacts.

Perform root cause analysis for environmental incidents that occur within BIA to prevent reoccurrence.

Provide regular updates to the Head Environment on environmental matters.

Maintain knowledge of relevant and up to date environmental laws, legislation, latest technologies, and best practices to ensure that BIA follows and implements the best industry standards and practices within Bahrain and relevant external accrediting bodies.

Perform regular audits on internal and external stakeholder ensuring that all environmental policies and procedures are being followed and ensuring the overall protection of environment.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Main Duties

1. Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine tasks and non-routine tasks.

2. Replace components on Company or other operators aircraft and engines as required.

3. Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulation.

4. Strictly adhere to company safety rules and regulation and to wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.

5. Adhere and comply with aircraft approved maintenance documents instructions when performing any routine tasks and non-routine tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems.

6. Make sure that all equipments and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition. Report any faulty equipment or tool to Engineer or Duty Manager, unserviceable tool/ equipment must be isolated and attach a with unserviceable tag.

7. Service equipment and aircraft special tools as deemed necessary to maintain them in a serviceable, safe and clean condition.

8. As part of maintenance practice, make sure that all tools used to perfom any routine and non-routine task are registered, to make sure they are removed on task completion.

9. On completion of routine tasks and non-routine tasks, make sure that work area is tidy and free from any loose articles.

10. Assist in positioning and clearing equipment to carry maintenance tasks on aircraft.

11. Make sure that all tools and equipment used are returned to proper location.

12. Perform the headset duties during engine ground runs and aircraft Towing in accordance with company TIM procedures.

13. Adhere to Airside Safety Rules and Regulations in regard to driving and work area cleanliness.

14. Purchase a approved tool kit containing appropriate tools to perform duties on the company and third party fleets.

15. Perform the required duties in accordance with AME and Duty Manager instruction and aircraft approved documentations procedures.

SENIOR ENGINEER – HEALTH & SAFETY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist the Head - Health & Safety and Manager - Health and Safety in developing, maintaining implementing, and improving health and safety processes and procedures.

Perform audits and inspections on various stakeholders, contractors and BAC facilities to ensure the safety of all passengers, staff and airport users.

Issue reports on any non-conformities to the concerned party along with rectification recommendations.

Perform follow up inspections to close any outstanding points.

Maintain a knowledge of relevant and up to date laws and legislation to ensure that BIA follows and implements the best industry standards and practices within Bahrain and relevant external accrediting bodies.

Provide training as necessary to staff and management on any matters related to Health and Safety such as First-Aid, Confined Space, Rigging and Lifting, etc.

Perform investigations in relation to any accidents, incidents or any reported near misses and determine the root cause and provide expert opinion and recommendations on how to prevent any further instances.

SENIOR OFFICER – STANDARD ASSURANCE

  Data Collection, Analysis an reporting:

Gathering data on asset performance metrics, such as equipment downtime, maintenance history, and energy consumption.

Utilizing data analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.

Preparing detailed reports on asset performance and reliability.

Support management with frequent and ad-hoc reporting as required

Support implementation of condition monitoring technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, etc.).

Asset Inspection, Assurance and Audits:

Supporting the planning and execution of asset inspections.

Identifying defects, wear, and other asset degradation indicators.

Implement quality assurance programs.

Documenting inspection findings and recommending corrective actions.

Conducting asset audits to verify compliance with standards and procedures.

المهام الرئيسية

1. العمل مع مهندسي تكييف الهواء/فنيي الترخيص المعينين وتحت إشرافهم للقيام بالمهام الروتينية وغير الروتينية.

2. استبدال المكونات على طائرات الشركة أو طائرات المشغلين الآخرين ومحركاتها حسب الحاجة.

3. الالتزام الصارم بقواعد وأنظمة موظفي الشركة.

4. الالتزام الصارم بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة في الشركة وارتداء الزي المناسب وأحذية السلامة أثناء العمل.

5. الالتزام بتعليمات وثائق صيانة الطائرات المعتمدة عند القيام بأي مهام روتينية وغير روتينية والتعرف على جميع احتياطات السلامة المتعلقة لتجنب الإصابات الشخصية أو الأضرار التي تلحق بهياكل وأنظمة الطائرات.

٦. تأكد من أن جميع المعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات في حالة صالحة للصيانة وآمنة. أبلغ المهندس أو مدير المناوبة عن أي معدات أو أدوات معيبة. يجب عزل الأدوات/المعدات غير الصالحة للصيانة ووضع علامة عليها.

7. معدات الخدمة والأدوات الخاصة بالطائرات حسب ما يراه ضروريا للحفاظ عليها في حالة صالحة للخدمة وآمنة ونظيفة.

8. كجزء من ممارسة الصيانة، تأكد من تسجيل جميع الأدوات المستخدمة لأداء أي مهمة روتينية وغير روتينية، للتأكد من إزالتها عند اكتمال المهمة.

9. عند الانتهاء من المهام الروتينية والمهام غير الروتينية، تأكد من أن منطقة العمل مرتبة وخالية من أي أغراض فضفاضة.

10. المساعدة في تحديد موقع المعدات وتطهيرها لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة على متن الطائرات.

11. تأكد من إرجاع جميع الأدوات والمعدات المستخدمة إلى مكانها الصحيح.

12. أداء واجبات سماعة الرأس أثناء تشغيل المحرك على الأرض وسحب الطائرات وفقًا لإجراءات TIM الخاصة بالشركة.

13. الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة في منطقة العمل فيما يتعلق بالقيادة ونظافة منطقة العمل.

14. شراء مجموعة أدوات معتمدة تحتوي على الأدوات المناسبة لأداء المهام على أساطيل الشركة وأساطيل الطرف الثالث.

إصدار تقارير عن أي عدم تطابق للطرف المعني مع توصيات التصحيح.

قم بإجراء عمليات تفتيش متابعة لإغلاق أي نقاط عالقة.

الحفاظ على المعرفة بالقوانين والتشريعات ذات الصلة والمحدثة لضمان أن تتبع BIA وتنفذ أفضل معايير وممارسات الصناعة داخل البحرين وهيئات الاعتماد الخارجية ذات الصلة.
