Job Purpose
As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the development and administration of procurement plans and processes for sourcing goods and services across business operations. Your responsibilities will include supplier selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and driving category strategy within the aviation sector.Your Tasks

Develop and administer procurement business processes to achieve the greatest value contribution and efficiency from procurement activities.

Collaborate on sourcing goods, services, and transportation capacities to reduce total cost of ownership and ensure quality and supply meet business needs.

Participate in key business initiatives, including supply market research to support investment decisions.

Track sourcing opportunities and manage strategic suppliers.
-
Execute procurement processes including product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, and performance management.

Represent Procurement in Country management meetings.

Develop and train buyers.

Actively drive sub-regional category strategy.
Your Profile
-
3.5–4+ years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing, with a strong background in aviation procurement preferred.

Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets and their integration into procurement processes.

Ability to train and develop buyers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
-
Fluent in English.
-
Willingness to travel for business trips (up to 30% required).
