Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, ensuring customer needs are recognized and met.

• Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets while meeting key customer needs and ensuring pricing guidelines and profitability targets are followed.

• Business Development: Exploit opportunities from existing and potential customers, building a pipeline and securing new business in the shortest time possible.

• Sales Plan: Develop and implement a personal sales plan and call cycle that targets new business and maximizes growth from existing customers.

• Customer Monitoring: Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction, taking corrective actions when necessary.

• Brand Representation: Promote the DHL brand image and values through your appearance and behavior, building strong customer relationships.

• Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft Maintenance: Ensure that maintenance is performed to the highest standards and in full compliance with approved data and regulations.

• Communication: Ensure smooth communication of work status, pending tasks, and safety concerns between shifts and supervisors.

• Parts Management: Requisition parts, assure their serviceability, complete necessary documentation, and manage their return to stores.

• Documentation: Ensure all maintenance-related documents are accurately completed.

• Regulation Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all regulations, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.

• Safety: Ensure that safety precautions are followed and report unsafe conditions or equipment.

• Ground Support Equipment: Oversee the operation and maintenance of company-owned or operated maintenance and ground support equipment.

• Work Environment: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all maintenance areas and ensure tools are properly stored.
