المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تركيب وتشطيب المكونات الخشبية مثل الخزائن، القوالب، الأبواب و الحواف.

• صنفرة، تلوين، طلاء، وتلميع الأسطح للحصول على اللمسات النهائية المطلوبة.

• قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية و المخططات الهندسية لضمان التثبيت والتشطيب الدقيق.

• إجراء فحوصات الجودة للتأكد من أن جميع الأعمال الخشبية تتماشى مع معايير الشركة العالية.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم و الإنتاج لمعالجة أي مشكلات أو تعديلات تتعلق بتشطيب الأعمال الخشبية.

• تشغيل وصيانة أدوات النجارة والمعدات، مع ضمان الاستخدام السليم والعناية الجيدة.

• إصلاح أو استبدال العناصر الخشبية التالفة حسب الحاجة.

• اتباع بروتوكولات السلامة والحفاظ على بيئة عمل منظمة ونظيفة.

• ضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الحرفية والجودة.

• العمل مع مواد متنوعة، بما في ذلك الخشب الصلب، الخشب اللين، و اللمسات البحرية.

المؤهلات والمهارات

• خبرة مثبتة كـ نجار تشطيبات، ويفضل في المشروعات الفاخرة أو المشروعات البحرية.

• معرفة قوية بتقنيات النجارة، الأدوات، والمواد.

• اهتمام بالغ بالتفاصيل و الدقة في الحرفية.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية و المخططات.

• خبرة في تقنيات التشطيب مثل الصنفرة، التلوين، الطحن، و الطلاء.

• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التكيف مع التعديلات والتحديات التصميمية.

• القدرة البدنية على تحمل متطلبات الوظيفة، بما في ذلك الرفع، الثني، والعمل في المساحات الضيقة.

• مهارات التواصل الجيدة والقدرة على التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.

• معرفة بـ لوائح السلامة وأفضل ممارسات النجارة.
