Estimation Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender-enquiry documents, scope of work, BOQ, client’s requirement from the tender documents for proper estimating works.

• Technical Evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.

• Attend tender meetings, site visits, and provide support towards submission of tender as applicable.

• Assist estimators and quantity surveyors.

• Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotations.

• Prepare tender adjustment schedule with unit prices, when applicable.

• Prepare qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions if any.

• Price material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and pre-determined manpower production rates.

• Confer with engineers, subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
