  This internship is ideal for film/media students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience and work alongside experienced editors and filmmakers in a professional production environment.

General Description:

Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:

  • Drive sales performance using commercial insights and product knowledge with the internal tools provided.

  • Actively drive sales by implementing sales-building initiatives across all departments through effective analysis of the company’s commercial reports and visual layout.

  • Define the store's strategy, always striving to maximize sales and opportunities.

• Store Procedures:

  • Maintain cash policies, controlling shrinkage to the accepted loss rate, and applying health and safety procedures in the store, including the stockroom.

  • Control petty cash expenses in line with company budgets.

  • Manage store hours effectively.

  • Design the ideal rota with sufficient staff to ensure high productivity.
