Main Responsibilities:

Attend and board vessels as directed by the respective Manager in accordance with Wilhelmsen Standard of Operation and Customer Requirements.

Arrange inward and outward immigration/customs clearance.
-
Collect and process ship documents, as required, throughout the port call.
-
Perform vessel visits, as required, in accordance with Standard of Operation and Customer Requirements, ensuring that all husbandry, vessel, and cargo requirements are in order with the Master.

Ensure that all cargo-related requirements are well understood and communicated to the Manager and other relevant parties.
-
Report leads, business opportunities, and relevant port updates to the Manager.
-
Arrange sign-on/off, shore passes, or gate passes for crew/guests as instructed.
-
Assist with the transportation of VIPs, the Master, and crew as directed.
-
Ensure mandatory use of the WASP System as a reporting tool in compliance with the Standard of Operation.
-
Report ships' arrival/sailing/cargo commencement/completion times and conditions to Shipping Assistant(s) after office hours, as applicable.

Ensure that mobile phones hired out to vessels are signed for by the Master.

Distribute and collect Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
-
Comply with Company Personal Protective Equipment Standard when working in ports/onboard vessels.

Address Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental matters within the function.

Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all Ships Agency crew and other personnel related to the company’s activities.

Ensure professional and timely transportation services.

Attend to any government authority requirements related to personnel.

Ensure all travel documents are duly signed by the service user.

Treasury Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic treasury team. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with foundational knowledge of banking treasury operations and a strong command of creating professional, data-driven presentations using PowerPoint. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the bank's treasury function, including liquidity management, investment analysis, and reporting, while assisting in delivering strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
