We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage marine operations. This role involves working with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes and high-quality client interactions. You will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating vessel schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and charter parties in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

• Coordinate operations with various internal departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established procedures.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely, professional responses.

• Maintain organized records of contracts, charter agreements, and operational documents.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor to oversee welding and fabrication tasks within our marine logistics company. This role requires interpreting blueprints, supervising welders, ensuring the quality of welded components, and supporting team development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, leadership, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of welders and fabrication personnel.

• Plan and assign work to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

• Perform various welding techniques, including arc welding, gas welding, and TIG/MIG welding as needed.
