Key Responsibilities
- Act as level 1 specialized Technical/Customer support providing premium assistance to our live customers.
- Participate in on-call duties, based on a rotational schedule, to manage incident/sev1-2 related support by coordinating with different stakeholders to unblock issues.
- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting related to the API integration.

About the role
- The internal auditor will be responsible for performing all duties mandated by the regulator and will implement a comprehensive audit plan throughout the company.
- The internal auditor should understand the CBB rulebook & Bahrain Open Banking Framework.
- The internal auditor should pass all the fit and proper requirements from the CBB to become the approved person for this role.
- The internal auditor will be independent from all functions as mandated by the regulators, reporting to the CEO with a direct reporting line to the Board.

About The Role
As we expand our commercial team, your role will be pivotal in supporting our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to our Regional Commercial Director, you will work closely with our commercial team to drive the company's success.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and generating new sales opportunities, fostering and developing relationships with potential customers, qualifying leads, and building a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. You will play a crucial role in propelling our business forward.

- تقديم دعم فني/للعملاء على المستوى الأول، مما يوفر مساعدة متميزة لعملائنا الحاليين.
- المشاركة في مهام المناوبة لدعم الحوادث التقنية والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لحل المشكلات.
- مساعدة العملاء في الاستفسارات والمشكلات الفنية واستكشاف أخطاء تكامل API وإصلاحها.
