We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Bahraini as Sales Support Engineer to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be assisting our commercial and technical team. We seek a proactive individual who combines in-depth technical expertise with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Support in generating tailored solutions for our clients in various market segments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling commercial and technical proposals.
- Preparing purchase orders and following up on the process to the final stage.
- Support turnkey lab projects, working closely with the assigned team.
- Verify customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and contracts.
- Stay up to date with our product lines to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Providing support and resolving any outstanding issues with orders.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Nationality: Preferably Bahraini.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in technical sales.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Work Ethic: Positive attitude, self-driven, capable of working independently, and meeting deadlines.
- Motivation: Highly responsible and motivated to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.

نبحث عن مهندس دعم مبيعات ديناميكي وماهر من الجنسية البحرينية للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتحمس. في هذا الدور، ستساعد فريقنا التجاري والتقني. نبحث عن شخص استباقي يجمع بين الخبرة التقنية العميقة والمهارات الاستثنائية في التواصل وحل المشكلات. إذا كنت تزدهر في بيئة الابتكار وتتفوق في إيجاد الحلول، فهذه فرصتك للمساهمة في نمو أعمالنا.
المهام الرئيسية:
- دعم في تقديم حلول مخصصة لعملائنا في مختلف القطاعات.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتطوير العروض التجارية والتقنية المقنعة.
- إعداد أوامر الشراء ومتابعة العملية حتى المرحلة النهائية.
- دعم مشاريع المختبرات الجاهزة، والعمل عن كثب مع الفريق المعين.
- التحقق من أوامر الشراء الخاصة بالعملاء، وضمان الامتثال للشروط والأحكام.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم المناقصات والعقود.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بخطوط منتجاتنا لتقديم أفضل الحلول للعملاء.
- تقديم الدعم وحل أي مشكلات عالقة مع الطلبات.
- المساهمة في المبادرات التسويقية والأنشطة الترويجية.
- دعم الإدارة في المهام الإدارية حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات الوظيفية:
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- الجنسية: يفضل أن يكون بحرينيًا.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في المبيعات التقنية.
- إجادة البرامج: مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- مهارات الاتصال: مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية.
- أخلاقيات العمل: موقف إيجابي، دافع ذاتي، القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- الدافع: مسؤول للغاية ولديه حافز للنجاح في بيئة ديناميكية سريعة النمو.
- المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، وإتقان اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
