Your Role:
As the Director of Product Management (PM) for the Protocol Team, you will be at the center of Polygon's core technology stack. You will lead the development of the technology and ecosystem that powers zkEVM and CDK. This role involves solving challenging problems, collaborating with world-class engineers, and aligning teams to achieve shared goals. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional products that meet the needs of developers and end users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time while overcoming obstacles.
- Work in ambiguity, taking charge and driving alignment to move products from concept to completion.
- Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap for zkEVM and CDK, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features, make decisions, and adjust plans when necessary.
- Drive the development of new protocols and features to enhance the ecosystem and empower developers and end users.
