Key Responsibilities
Our Accounting Advisory team is looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development professional to join us. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business challenges and analyzing data to provide recommendations for improvements in operations, organizational structure, financial performance, business strategy, and culture shifts, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and generate insights.
- Reviewing existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
- Analyzing the organization’s current state through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities.
- Designing job descriptions and developing/ redesigning organizational structures.
- Conducting process walkthroughs.
- Designing standard operating manuals such as process manuals, family governance manuals, and corporate governance manuals.
- Conducting salary and allowances benchmarking.
- Developing salary grades and pay scales.
The Ideal Candidate
- Graduate degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with a Consulting firm, primarily working with SME clients.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams while managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional professional writing and presentation skills.

يبحث فريق الاستشارات المحاسبية لدينا عن متخصص متمرس في تطوير المنظمات للانضمام إلى صفوفنا. تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد المشكلات التجارية وتحليل البيانات لتقديم توصيات للتحسين في مجالات مثل العمليات، الهيكل التنظيمي، الأداء المالي، الاستراتيجية التجارية، وتحولات الثقافة، وضمان الانتقال السلس.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات النوعية والكمية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتوليد الرؤى.
- تحليل العمليات الحالية وتدفقات العمل لتحديد أوجه القصور وتقديم توصيات لتحسين العمليات.
- تحليل الوضع الحالي للمنظمة باستخدام الاستطلاعات والمقابلات والمجموعات البؤرية وتحليل البيانات لتحديد القضايا والفرص.
- تصميم أوصاف الوظائف وتطوير/إعادة تصميم الهياكل التنظيمية.
- إجراء مراجعات للعمليات.
- تصميم الأدلة التشغيلية القياسية مثل أدلة العمليات، أدلة حوكمة الأسرة، وأدلة الحوكمة المؤسسية.
- إجراء مقارنة لرواتب وبدلات الموظفين.
- تطوير درجات الرواتب وشرائح الأجور.
المرشح المثالي
- درجة البكاليريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في العمل مع شركة استشارات، مع التركيز بشكل رئيسي على العملاء من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل والبحث.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة سواء كتابة أو شفويًا.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق مع إدارة عدة مشاريع في نفس الوقت.
- مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة المهنية والعروض التقديمية.
