• Responsibilities include Application Engineering, Sales, and Supplier Management.

• Frequent regional travel within Central Europe to meet business partners is required.

• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and account managers to maximize opportunities.

• Guide customers in developing and realizing their product ideas.

• Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify new business opportunities.

• Organize training sessions to update the team on industry trends.

• Provide regular commercial and market insights to regional teams.

• Foster collaboration within the One Arrow team to improve customer satisfaction.
